A1 project-managed the replacement of 3,000 m² of roofing while completing an extensive environmental clean inside an operational polystyrene production warehouse. The project was delivered on time and on budget, with all agreed management plans and controls maintained throughout.
Our approach
We carefully zoned the site, coordinated access and scaffolding, managed the roofing programme and cleaning sequence, and worked around the client’s machinery and production requirements.
The result
The reroof and environmental clean were completed safely, on schedule and within budget—without compromising the controls, monitoring or structure required to protect everyone on site.
